☕️ WHAT: A fully inclusive coffee arts bar in Liberty,  Missouri where everyone can come together with purpose and belonging

 

☕️ WHEN:  Coming in 2023!

 

☕️ HOW: Through philanthropic giving, grants, fundraising events, and coffee sales

 

☕️ WHO: Train and employ individuals with challenges to work in a safe, welcoming environment. They will work alongside other peer models, creating relationships that will enhance everyone's experience

 

☕️ WHY:  It's not "just"a job, but a RelationshOp. We will incorporate; 

     * social skills                        *job coaching                           *job training             *socialization and interaction within the shop and out in the community

 

☕️ UNIQUE TO BRO'S JOES: we will provide vendor space to individuals to sell their products, should they be unable to work in a typical business environment.

 

Our model exists in areas around the United States and we would like to bring this model to the Northland of Kansas City.
