Bro's Joes officially filed their Form 1023 to be recognized as a 501c3 Tax Exempt Corporation on NOVEMBER 14th. According to the IRS: "Contributions to the organization while the organization's application for exemption is pending are tax deductible if the organization ultimately qualifies for exemption for the period which the contribution is made." In other words, unless we for some reason are not granted tax exempt status any donations today WILL be tax deductible. To check our validity, we became a nonprofit corporation on September 27, 2022 and our EIN is 92-0506659
